Canal Corporation f/k/a Chesapeake Corporation – Served as local counsel for indenture trustee with unsecured claims of over $250 million.

LandAmerica 1031 Exchange Services, Inc. – Represented two of five plaintiffs selected to serve as lead cases to determine the rights of exchange customers.
