Recent Bankruptcy Mega Cases:

• LandAmerica 1031 Exchange Services, Inc. – Represents over 50 customers whose 1031 exchange funds were frozen in the bankruptcy.  Represents two of five plaintiffs selected to serve as lead cases to determine the rights of the exchange customers.
• Movie Gallery, Inc. (Hollywood Video) – Served as local counsel to debtor’s lead counsel, Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
