The Richmond Division includes the cities of Colonial Heights, Emporia, Fredericksburg, Hopewell, Richmond and Petersburg, and the counties of Amelia, Brunswick, Caroline, Charles City, Chesterfield, Dinwiddie, Essex, Goochland, Greensville, Hanover, Henrico, King and Queen, King George, King William, Lancaster, Lunenburg, Mecklenburg, Middlesex, New Kent, Northumberland, Nottoway, Powhatan, Prince Edward, Prince George, Richmond, Spotsylvania, Surry, Sussex and Westmoreland.
Unfortunately, Ronald Page is unavailable to take cases originating in Northern Virginia (including Stafford County and north) and Hampton Roads (including the city of Williamsburg and south).
